General Information
You (and your characters) must be 18+.
Visual references are required for commissions, unless it's for a character design.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission for whatever reason I deem appropriate.
I use loose deadlines for my work. ETAs will always be listed on my Trello, along with progress percentage updates.
For NSFW clients: I no longer accept characters clearly modeled to reflect real persons for NSFW commissions. Examples are: Nancy, Steve, Nic Cage (DBD); Ash & Mia (Evil Dead: The Game); Nicki Minaj (COD). SFW commissions with such characters are still accepted. (If unsure, a DM is always appreciated!)
Payment
Payment is in USD and through PayPal invoice only. Full payment is required before I start working on the commission.
Once the payment is done, you'll be added to the commission queue, where you'll get updates on the status of the commission.
Cancellations and Refunds
Full refunds are only offered if I haven't started working on the commission yet.
If I have begun working on your commission but cannot complete it due to personal reasons, I will notify you and discuss refund options.
Timeline
PayPal invoice sent to Client with a detailed pricing breakdown attached.
Payment is received by me. Begin sketching the commission using Client's form (and any additional comments from Client) for reference.
Sketch sent Client for review. Adjustments to sketch will be made per Client's request.
Final sketch is approved by client; major changes are no longer allowed. Begin lineart, coloring, and rendering phases (order is dependent on what's requested). Screenshot updates are sent to Client on a weekly basis, unless stated otherwise by me.
Commission is screenshotted and sent to Client for final check (coloring mistakes, etc.).
Commission is now complete and sent (as a Google Folder link) via method of Client's choice. Enjoy!
NOTE: I appreciate it if you do not rush me with commissions! Updates will be sent weekly as stated above, so please trust that I will work on your commission as I am scheduled to. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
Image Rights and Usage
I reserve full rights to the image and its distribution and use, and can post the artworks on any of my social media. If you want to keep a commission anonymous, let me know.
The commissioner may only use artwork that was created specifically for them, and are for the commissioner's personal use only, unless otherwise discussed. This includes wallpapers, cropping the image for avatars/icons, printing the image for personal display, etc.
I have the right to take legal action or have you blacklisted if caught committing copyright infringement, which includes, but is not limited to: taking full credit of the commissioned art, reproducing and profiting off it (NFTs/AI), altering the commission in any way, editing or removing my watermark.

When will you re-open for commissions?I normally open for commissions bi-monthly unless stated otherwise. Please follow me through Twitter to be notified of upcoming batches. When do you work on commissions?I tend to work on commissions 3-4 days a week for at least a few hours at a time (usually Monday-Thursday). This is a secondary source of income for me, so please understand I may need to adjust my schedule according to my primary work obligations. I will always try to be transparent about these changes to current clients. Can I ask for commission updates?If I have not updated you on your commission in a week, then yes. Otherwise, please trust me to work on it when I am scheduled to. I will always update with questions if I'm unsure about parts of the commission. What do you mean by "characters modeled after IRL people"?I will not accept NSFW commissions for characters who are clearly based on IRL persons. Examples are: Nancy, Steve, Nic Cage (DBD); Ash, Mia (Evil Dead: The Game); Nicki Minaj (MW2). If they are characters being ported into games and intentionally look like their IRL counterparts, it's a no. Thanks for respecting my boundaries!
